Muscular IPL Women’s Athletic, Women’s Sports Model & Bikini Pro Gives GAINZMAG Her Take On Feminine Muscle.
What is your most muscular body part?
I would have to say my biceps. Only because I’m pretty small in stature, and their decent size. However, they may not appear so muscular on a bigger framed person.
With what exercises are you the strongest?
Definitely with squats, hip thrusters, and leg presses. I spend three days a week working on lower body with various exercises, from heavy weights to light resistance training. So, I’ve been able to build on my strength.
You have a good amount of muscle on your body. Do you want more, or is this enough for you?
“I think the more you gain, the more you want.”
I think the more you gain, the more you want. Your eyes don’t always see what everyone else’s sees, and it can be addicting. But, I am happy with the amount of muscle that I have right now. In saying that, I love to lift heavy, and in doing so, I will naturally put on more muscle.
In your opinion, when does it become too much… or doesn’t it, ever?
For me, I still want to maintain my femininity, and have curves. I think I start to question myself about when it’s too much when I start to see a lot of vascularity. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, because I feel happy and proud when I see a new vein. I just don’t like the extreme vascular look on me. However, that look may be fine on someone else, depending on what their fitness goals are.
Do you think muscle is sexy on women?
“I think the look is not only sexy, but it also says a lot about her work ethics and dedication.”
Absolutely. And, it does not make you manly. I think the look is not only sexy, but it also says a lot about her work ethics and dedication.
What do you like in a man’s physique?
I am totally a chest and shoulders kind of girl. Those are the features that my eyes are drawn to on a man’s physique. A nice well built, robust chest, with rounded shoulders that are capped off.
Are you more comfortable wearing workout clothing or regular clothing?
Workout clothing, for sure. I feel more in my element in workout clothing. And, on the weekends it’s very rare to find me in anything else other than that. I do enjoy dressing up every now and then, and putting on make-up and high heels, but I’m most comfortable in workout clothing.
How important is it for you to remain a natural athlete?
I will only compete as a natural athlete. As a natural athlete you are competing on a fair playing field, knowing that every athlete put in the work to get to where they are at. They don’t rely on products or supplements to enhance their size.
That’s the difference between athletes that earn their win based solely on effort and hard work, and those that have to depend on altering substances.
I have the utmost respect for all natural athletes who want to compete the right way. Furthermore, people need to consider how certain stimulants and substances will affect them long-term. To me there is no title, hardware, or win that is worth putting things into my body that will negatively affect my health.
The all natural products that I use to assist me in obtaining the results I want don’t have all the negative side effects like other products. I love them so much, that I decided to be distributor and share them with people, while changing lives.
If you got into a fist fight with a girl, would you win?
“…I have pretty strong mindset, and I’m determined.”
Hmmm…I’m going to have to say yes to that. I have a few self-made weapons on me, but more importantly I have pretty strong mindset, and I’m determined.
What is next for you?
I will be doing my Pro Debut in May, 2017 at the IPL Arizona Championship and will likely compete in the Bikini and Sports Model divisions. I’m also continuing to work on other fitness projects, and I hope to be able to share with people real soon.
