Bill started lifting weights in 1979 and is lifetime drug-free. He competed in Powerlifting from 1981 to 1993. In 1989, he pulled an over triple bodyweight deadlift of 600lbs at 193lbs bodyweight that ranked 49th in the nation in the American Drug Free Powerlifting Association that year. He created the Cyberpump network (Cyberpump.com) in 1995, one of the oldest training sites on the Internet, and has a regular column entitled “How to Transform Your Physique.” Bill has written numerous articles for various publications including HARDGAINER, MILO, Powerlifting USA, Monster Muscle, Hardtraining Newsletter, Master Trainer Newsletter, and for various wesites. He contributed a chapter to the book “Maximize Your Training” and is the author of the best-selling grip training program entitled “The KTA Program.” He’s also a Certified Captain of Crush.
