“I love the Hammer Strength row machine.”

What I love about this machine is how it hits four different muscle groups-Lats, Biceps, shoulders and middle of the back.

 I do this exercise with both hands…

 …and then I alternate with one hand at a time, just to change it up during sets.”

How does it feel to have one of the best natural physiques in the world?

“I Also love doing the T-bar row.“

7“It’s a great exercise because it hits all major muscles in your back , and I LOVE how it adds SIZE and THICKNESS to the middle of your  back.”

What was it like training in your heels for the photo shoot?

Training in my designer heels was fun, although I don’t recommend it!“ [laughs]

Do you feel you have any weak body parts? And if so, what are you doing to bring them up?

My weak parts are my legs, and not due to genetics but because of the lack of training they get. I usually don’t start training my legs until seven weeks out. So my plan for this off season is to actually train them!”

“I have to say that I’m grateful that God has given me this AMAZING physique, and genetics.”

Even though I have great genetics, I still need to train hard and diet to achieve my results. With that said, I Feel especially proud of what I’ve accomplished without the use of drugs.”

What are your plans for 2014?

“To actually have an offseason training plan. In the past four years that I have competed, I have always SHUT DOWN OPERATIONS after my shows. Because of that, I would put on thirty pounds and get depressed.

This year I have changed coaches and have joined Team Hard Body which consist of Law Payne, Patricia Payne and Terri McBee as my coaches. They have put me on an offseason plan. What I love about working with them is that I need to check in with them twice a week and send pics weekly. This makes me accountable in the offseason.”

“As far as shows, I haven’t decided which one’s that I will be doing, I do know that I will be competing in the fall though. The federation that I will compete in this year will most likely be the OCB/IFPA. The past 4 years I have competed with the WNBF/INBF and now that we are allowed to compete in other Natural Federations it gives me the opportunity to have new goals and challenges. My coaches and I have agreed that Physique or Fitbody is where I will remain. I’m hoping that by having a successful off-season the “JACKED RABBITT” with have significant GAINZ this year!”
